As many communities in the United States are dealing with restricted budgets and tax-revenue shortfalls, the Rose Center is please to coordinate a cross-sector discussion regarding PPPs with the outlook that the dialogue will help identify how the methodology of implementing PPPs can connect public needs with private sector goals.
